This policy explains how Tranquilli-T Extermination collects, uses, keeps and protects your personal information, in accordance with Quebec's Law 25.
In accordance with Quebec's Law 25 (Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information), Tranquilli-T Extermination has appointed a person in charge of the protection of personal information. Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, address of the building to be treated and a description of the pest problem.
Technical information: pages viewed, device type and browsing data, only when you accept analytics cookies.
To process your service request, schedule the visit, handle warranty follow-up, issue invoices and answer your questions. We never use your information for other purposes without your consent.
Cookies required for the site to work are always active. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set after your explicit consent, which you can change or withdraw at any time.
We do not sell your personal information. It may only be shared with our essential service providers (hosting, email, accounting), bound by confidentiality commitments, or where the law requires it.
Your information is kept as long as needed for the stated purposes, then for the period required by law (notably tax and warranty obligations). It is then securely destroyed.
You have the right to access your information, have it corrected, withdraw your consent, request its deletion and file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec. We answer any request within 30 days.
We keep a register of privacy incidents. If an incident presents a risk of serious injury, the people concerned and the Commission d'accès à l'information are notified without delay.
